These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites operated by GenauTech Solutions ("GenauTech," "we," "us," or "our"), including genautech.com and betterdojo.app, as well as the BetterDojo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal adult in your jurisdiction to create an account, join the BetterDojo waitlist, or subscribe to our newsletter. If you are a parent or guardian using BetterDojo on behalf of your family, you represent that you have the legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your minor children.

BetterDojo is designed for use by families. Children under 18 may use the BetterDojo app only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian who has accepted these Terms.

2. BetterDojo Beta Program

By joining the BetterDojo Beta Program waitlist, you acknowledge and agree that:

• BetterDojo is currently in active development and is a pre-release product
• The beta version may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Features, functionality, and availability may change without notice
• The beta is currently available exclusively on Apple devices (iPhone and iPad)
• We may limit the number of beta participants at our discretion
• We may end the beta program at any time

Sharing feedback during the beta is optional but greatly valued. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by GenauTech to improve the product without obligation or compensation to you.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for the same person
• Use automated methods to register or submit forms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Use another person's email address without their permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BetterDojo and our Services with positive intent to support meaningful family growth and development. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code or content
• Use the Services to harass, bully, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — are the exclusive property of GenauTech Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"GenauTech," "BetterDojo," and associated logos are trademarks of GenauTech Solutions. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

6. User Content

If BetterDojo allows you to create content (such as custom activities, rewards, or family goals), you retain ownership of that content. By creating content through our Services, you grant GenauTech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. Pricing and Payments

BetterDojo offers a free tier with core features available to all families. Optional premium features may be available through a paid subscription. Current pricing:

• Free tier — core features at no cost
• Premium — $5/month for advanced features (subject to change)

Beta testers may receive special pricing or extended free access. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Subscription terms and billing are managed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's terms and refund policies apply to in-app purchases.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. During the beta period, the Services are experimental and should not be relied upon for critical purposes.

BetterDojo is a tool to support family habits and positive reinforcement. It is not a substitute for professional parenting advice, therapy, or medical guidance.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENAUTECH SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenauTech Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Services ceases immediately
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification)

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our websites with a revised "Last updated" date. If you are a registered user, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GenauTech regarding the Services.
• Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
• Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment — You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
